1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using PropROI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PropROI is a Chrome browser extension that:
- Extracts property information from supported listing websites
- Calculates estimated ROI, purchase costs, and rental returns
- Allows users to save and compare properties
- Provides customizable calculation settings
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Free Plan
- Limited to 5 calculations per month
- Basic features only
- No credit card required
4.2 Paid Plans
- Investor: 100 calculations/month, full features
- Pro: 500 calculations/month, full features + priority support
- Billed monthly or annually
- Payments processed securely by Stripe
4.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial months
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Scrape or automate access to the Service beyond normal use
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute the Service
- Use the Service to compete with PropROI
6. Intellectual Property
- PropROI and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
- You retain ownership of properties and data you save
- We grant you a limited license to use the Service for personal/business investment analysis

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: PropROI provides calculations for informational purposes only. We are not licensed financial advisors, real estate agents, or investment professionals. All calculations are estimates based on typical Dubai property costs and should not be relied upon as definitive investment advice.
- Calculations are estimates and may not reflect actual costs or returns
- Property data is extracted from third-party websites and may contain errors
- Market conditions, regulations, and fees may change
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Always verify information independently before making investment decisions
- Consult with qualified professionals (real estate agents, financial advisors, lawyers) before purchasing property
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- PropROI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any investment losses or decisions made based on our calculations
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropROI, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service interacts with:
- PropertyFinder, Bayut, Dubizzle: We extract property data from these sites. We are not affiliated with them.
- Firebase: For authentication
- Stripe: For payment processing
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
11. Modifications to Service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- We will try to provide notice of significant changes
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time
- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your saved data will be deleted
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
