When you calculate ROI on a property, we temporarily process:
- Property details from the listing page (price, size, location)
- The listing URL

For paid subscriptions, Stripe processes your payment information. We store only:
- Stripe customer ID
- Subscription status

- Browsing history outside of property listings you analyze

- Credit card numbers (handled securely by Stripe)
- Data from other browser tabs or extensions

We share data only with:
- Firebase (Authentication): For secure login functionality
- Stripe (Payments): For subscription processing
We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Account data is stored in secure databases with encryption
- Property calculation data is processed in real-time and not permanently stored unless you save it
- We use HTTPS for all data transmission
- Firebase handles authentication security
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active
- Saved properties: Retained until you delete them
- Usage statistics: Retained for billing cycle management
- Support tickets: Retained for 2 years

8. Chrome Extension Permissions
PropROI requests the following Chrome permissions:
- storage: To save your login and preferences
- activeTab: To read property data from the current listing
- sidePanel: To display calculation results
- scripting: To extract property information from listings
We only access property listing pages when you click "Calculate ROI".
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies only:
- Authentication tokens (to keep you logged in)
- Session preferences
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you personally.
10. Children's Privacy
PropROI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
